이미지를 Resource에 넣은 후 컴파일한 바이너리 exe를 .Net Reflector로 열어보면
아래와 같이 확인할 수가 있다..

Resource에 들어 있는 이미지를 추출하려면 아래와 같이 뽑아낼 수 있다.

Stream s = this.GetType().Assembly.GetManifestResourceStream("WindowsApplication1.filename.jpg");
Bitmap bmp = new Bitmap( s );
