장애관리(FM)
Common Alarm Attributes (REQ-OAMP_FM-FUN-004 참조할것)
- HNB 장애관리는 아래와 같은 장애 파라메터들을 제공하여야 한다.
- ManagedObjectInstance (관리하는 OI) :
- HNB event는 Instance에 DN(Distinguished Name)을 포함하여 발생, HMS에 전송하거나 그렇지 않을 수도 있음.
- DN Prefix & Identifier를 포함하여 유일하게 됨.
- 3GPP TS 32.300.
- EventType (이벤트 종류)
- HNB 알람의 종류
- TS32.111-2 Annex A / TS32.111-6의 알람 타입 정의 참조
- ProbableCause (원인)
- 알람을 자격을 확인하고, 알람타입보다 자세한 정보를 제공함.

- SpecificProblem (특정 문제)
- ProbableCause보다 자세한 자격 검증. HNB 제조사에서 정의한 특정 알람을 식별

- 긴급 레벨임을 알려주어 운용자가 알람에 관심을 갖게함

Expedited and Queued Alarm Handling (REQ-OAMP_FM-FUN-007 참조)
- HNB는 HNB에서 발생한 알람의 리스트를 관리하여야 하고, 알람리스트는 ‘능동적 or 수동적 Noti’에 의해 ‘TR-069 RPC Method’를 통해 HMS로 전송되기 위해 대기한다.

- Reporting Mechanism
- Expedited handling : HeNB는 HeMS에 즉시 연결하여 알람을 발생하고 알람 로그를 alarm history에 저장한다.
- Queued handling : HeNB는 알람을 내부 Queue에 저장하고, 알람 로그를 alarm history에 저장하고, 다음 HeMS에 연결시 알람을 전송한다.
- Logged handling : HeNB는 알람을 HeMS에 보내지 않고, alarm history에 로그를 저장한다.
- Disabled handling : HeNB는 알람을 HeMS에 보내지 않고, alarm history에 로그를 저장하지 않는다.
- 위의 parameter의 유효값 : 0-Expedited, 1-Queued, 2-Logged, 3-Disabled
